Terms of Use
The rules for using the mono. website and the studio's services. In short: what we do, how payment and subscriptions work, what happens to data, and where the limits of liability lie.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the mono. website (the “Site”). By visiting the Site and submitting forms, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If the terms do not suit you, please do not use the Site.
2. What mono. does
mono. designs interfaces, websites and AI agents, and provides access to the AI concierge on a subscription basis. Information on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer: the scope of work, timelines and cost are fixed in a contract, invoice or written agreement.
3. Requests and demos
The forms on the Site let you request an audit, a consultation, a demo or an email subscription. By submitting a form, you confirm that the data is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We usually reply within one business day on Telegram or by email. Demo pages and interface examples are created to introduce the product and are not a working account.
4. Payment and refunds
Services are paid under a contract or invoice unless otherwise agreed. A prepayment reserves the team's time. If work has not yet started, the prepayment is refunded in full; after the start, the refund is calculated based on the stages actually completed. The AI concierge subscription is paid per period and is not refunded for a period already used unless the contract provides otherwise.
5. Email subscription
By subscribing to mono. emails, you agree to receive messages about products, cases and updates. The subscription is voluntary: you can unsubscribe via the link in any email or by writing on Telegram. The address is stored only for the newsletter and is not shared with third parties for their own mailings.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code and graphics of the Site belong to mono. or are used under licence. Copying them in full for commercial use is not permitted. The results of paid work are transferred to the client on the terms of the contract; third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licences.
7. AI and limitation of liability
The AI concierge and demo examples may make mistakes and do not replace consultation with a specialist. The Site is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect losses. Liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant period, unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Personal data
How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy (/en/privacy). We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties other than the services necessary for the operation of the Site and communication with you.
9. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the update is shown at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance of the new version.
10. Contacts
